En prononçant la résiliation du bail existant entre les parties et l'expulsion du locataire des lieux, la Cour d'appel n'a pas violé l'article 101 de l'AUDCG, dès lors qu'il a reconnu devoir des loyers échus, peu importe qu'il se soit acquitté desdits loyers en cours d'instance, l'inexécution de son obligation étant déjà établi.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
