31st Anniversary of OHADA: Message from the Permanent Secretary

OHADA is celebrating its 31st anniversary this Thursday 17 October 2024. In addition to the major conference and documentary exhibition organized on this occasion at its headquarters in Yaoundé, we want to take this opportunity to congratulate ourselves on the decisive results achieved over these three decades, thanks to the constant support of our Member States and of our Technical and Financial Partners.

Celebration of OHADA's 31st Anniversary: Permanent Secretariat is Gearing up to Hold a Bimodal Conference and a Documentary Exhibition at its Headquarters

To commemorate this day, the Permanent Secretariat is organising a documentary exhibition at its headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon), as well as a conference on “The autonomy of OHADA law in relation to national laws”. The conference will also be accessible online via the ERSUMA digital platform.

Bimodal training session under the theme: “Intellectual Property Litigation in the OHADA Region”, Yaounde, 30 to 31 July 2024

The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA), in partnership with the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) is organising a bimodal training session from 30 to 31 July 2024. This session will be held simultaneously on-site in Yaoundé (Cameroon) and on-line under the theme: “Intellectual Property Litigation in the OHADA Region”.

Visit of the OHADA Council of Ministers President-in-office: Wrap-up at the Permanent Secretariat

After visiting the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) and the Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA), H.E. Mr Ousmane DIAGNE, President-in-office of the OHADA Council of Ministers, completed his tour of the Organization's operational institutions with a visit to the Permanent Secretariat in Yaoundé (Cameroon) on 11 July 2024.

L'OHADA est présente à la 9e édition du Salon international de l'entreprise, de la PME et du Partenariat, en abrégé PROMOTE, organisé au Palais des Congrès de Yaoundé (Cameroun) du 17 au 25 février 2024. Les visiteurs trouveront au stand aménagé par l'OHADA toutes les informations sur la vie et les activités de l'Organisation ainsi que de la documentation, y compris la programmation des prochaines sessions de formation organisées par l'École Régionale Supérieure de la Magistrature (ERSUMA).

Entrée en vigueur du nouvel AUPSRVE : le Secrétariat Permanent organise une conférence internationale

Afin de sensibiliser les justiciables, les praticiens et les entreprises sur l'entrée en vigueur de l'Acte uniforme du 17 octobre 2023 portant organisation des procédures simplifiées de recouvrement et des voies d'exécution, le Secrétariat Permanent a organisé 16 février 2024 à son siège sis à Yaoundé (Cameroun) et en ligne, une conférence internationale sur ce nouveau texte.
