The Department of Business law, Faculty of Laws and Political Sciences, University of Buea, in collaboration with the Business law Society, is pleased to announce the organization of an engaging Symposium on the theme: “OHADA as a Guarantee for Economic Growth in Africa: The Cameroon Experience”.

The event is scheduled to take place on the campus of the University of Buea, in Amphitheater 250, on April 11, 2025 from 10 A.M.

This thought-provoking event will explore the critical role of OHADA's legal framework in fostering economic stability and promoting effective business practices in Africa, with a particular focus on Cameroon. There shall be insightful discussions led by distinguished experts in the field of business law and will provide an excellent platform for knowledge-sharing and networking.
