L'annulation d'un mariage pour cause de bigamie ne donne pas naissance à une société de fait sur le plan des rapports patrimoniaux entre les époux car toute société de fait suppose des apports réciproques de biens, ce qui ne se conçoit pas dans le cadre de la communauté de biens.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA). The two delegations, led respectively by Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, and Mr Badanam PATOKI, Chairman of AMF-UMOA, discussed three major topics pertaining to reporting challenges.
