Injonction De Payer - Signification Au Greffe De L'opposition à L'ordonnance D'injonction De Payer Au-delà De 15 Jours - Déchéance (non)
L'obligation qui est faite au créancier poursuivant, par l'article 11 de l'Acte uniforme sur les procédures simplifiées de recouvrement et les voies d'exécution, est de signifier son recours, à peine de déchéance, à toutes les parties et au Greffe de la juridiction ayant rendu la décision d'injonction de payer. Ce texte n'impose au créancier poursuivant aucun délai pour procéder à cette formalité relativement au Greffe, de sorte que si celui-ci y satisfait quinze jours après la signification de l'ordonnance au détenteur poursuivi, il ne peut être frappé de déchéance.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
