Au terme de l'article 259 de l'Acte Uniforme PSRVE, lorsque la poursuite s'exerce sur les impenses réalisées par le débiteur sur le terrain dont il n'est pas propriétaire mais qui lui a été affecté par décision d'une autorité administrative, l'original du commandement doit être visé et publié par la dite autorité.
Lorsque la gestion de l'immeuble est confiée au conservateur de la propriété foncière du lieu de situation de l'immeuble, les formalités de visa doivent être accomplies par cette autorité.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
