Un salarié demande en appel l'annulation de l'ordonnance ayant autorisé le créancier à faire saisir-arrêter ses salaires entre les mains du Trésorier-payeur. Il invoque la violation des dispositions de l'article 181 AUPSRVE, relatives à la convocation à la conciliation préalable.
Pour la Cour d'appel, la convocation été établie par le Greffe du Tribunal plus de quinze jours avant l'audience puis remise à la personne même du débiteur dans le délai de l'article 181 est conforme aux prescriptions légales.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
