Un créancier qui a été autorisé à pratiquer une saisie conservatoire de créances de son débiteur et qui conteste l'ordonnance accordant la mainlevée des saisies, en faisant valoir que le recouvrement de sa créance est en péril doit prouver ce péril. Si aucun élément sérieux et objectif ne permet d'affirmer que le recouvrement est en péril, en statuant comme il l'a fait, le premier juge a fait une juste application de l'article 54 AUPSRVE.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
