Official launch and commencement of activities for the project to enhance the arbitration and mediation framework in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

The official launch ceremony took place on 14 July 2025 at the Pullman Hotel in Kinshasa, in the presence of high-level stakeholders. The event featured addresses by Ms. Losamba KITETE, representing the Coordinator of the Business Climate Unit (CCA) of the Presidency of the Republic; Ms. Mallory LUNTADI, on behalf of the Coordinator of the TRANSFORME Project; Professor Roger MASSAMBA, President of the OHADA National Commission of the DRC; and Dr. Karel Osiris Coffi DOGUE, Director General of ERSUMA. The keynote address was delivered by Maître Eddy BANTOU, representing the Minister of State, Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals of the DRC.

L'Ecole Régionale Supérieure de la Magistrature (ERSUMA) en partenariat avec le Centre d'Arbitrage de la Cour Commune de Justice et d'Arbitrage (CCJA) de l'Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA) organise les soutenances marquant la fin de formation de la première promotion de son prestigieux Certificat en Arbitrage OHADA (CAO). Ces soutenances se dérouleront du 11 au 15 août 2025 à Abidjan, en Côte d'Ivoire, dans les locaux du Centre d'Arbitrage et de la Cour.
