Monsieur Julien Coomlan HOUNKPE a soutenu le 31 mars 2017 à la salle des actes de l'Université d'Abomey Calavi (Rép. du Bénin) une thèse de doctorat en droit privé portant sur le sujet « Contribution à l'élaboration d'un droit de la preuve dans l'espace l'OHADA ».

Soutenance d'une thèse en droit sur le crédit-bail mobilier en droit OHADA

Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer que monsieur Samson Igor Bidossessi GUEDEGBE a soutenu avec succès le samedi 14 janvier 2012, à l'Université d'Abomey Calavi (Bénin) une thèse de doctorat unique sur le thème : « Le crédit-bail mobilier en droit OHADA : Contribution à l'étude de l'affectation de la propriété en garantie d'une créance ».
