OHADA: Towards the harmonisation of non-profit entities' accounting Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), 1-5 November 2021

A workshop to validate the study on the non-profit entities accounting system and the plenary session of the Accounting Standards Committee (CNC-OHADA) expanded to include the Presidents of the professional accounting bodies from the States Parties, the accounting and auditing professionals, the Technical and Financial Partners as well as the resource persons were held in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), at Azalaï Hotel from 1 to 5 November 2021.

Presentation by the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Centre (CARO centre) to company beneficiaries of the “TEECA” programme (Trade Enhancement for Eastern Caribbean)

The team heading the OHADAC project was invited to give a presentation on 15 October 2021 about the services provided by the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Centre (CARO Centre) in the implementation of the TEECA programme by the Martinique Chamber of Commerce, project leader, and its partners the Collectivity of Martinique, the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and the Caribbean Export Development Agency.

Proclamation des résultats du concours « Prix du Meilleur Ecrit OHADA 2021 »

Le 12 avril 2021 a été lancé la quatrième édition du concours « Prix du Meilleur Ecrit OHADA », anciennement dénommé « Prix du Meilleur Article OHADA », à l'initiative du Comité International d'Organisation de ladite compétition. La particularité de la présente édition a été l'introduction du commentaire de décisions de justice à l'instar de la traditionnelle épreuve de rédaction d'articles juridiques.
