Dans le prolongement de l'adhésion imminente de la RDC à l'OHADA, un nombre croissant de juristes et d'entreprises du BURUNDI et du RWANDA s'intéressent au droit OHADA et se sont fédérés au sein de Clubs OHADA pour promouvoir le nouveau droit dans leur pays respectif dans l'optique de convaincre les décideurs politiques de la pertinence d'une adhésion à la nouvelle communauté de droit des affaires OHADA.
