Pan African Project Finance - February 2005 - Lagos, Nigeria
Between February 25th and 28th of 2005 Regal Exchange, in association with France's Gide Loyrette Nouel, host a comprehensive three day programme ‘Pan African Project Finance'. Familiarizing participants with the processes involved in designing appropriate legal structures for developing, managing and supporting projects, the course includes detailed examination of funding, debt, security and risk management; showing how to build and institute legal models addressing the concerns of all stakeholders.
The program will be of value to anyone wishing to increase their understanding of project finance and will benefit parties on all sides of the process including Project Finance Lawyers, Commercial and Investment Bankers, Contractors and Government Departments.
