In monitoring the OHADA progress, the World Bank has just published: "Doing Business 2011: Making a difference for entrepreneurs, Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA)". This is the eighth in the World Bank's influential "Doing Business" series of annual reports investigating regulations that enhance business activity and those that constrain it.
This report is particularly important as it presents the summary of the Doing Business indicators for the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA). Basically, the report concretely demonstrates that the legal integration through OHADA has boosted the business sector and is helping the region to gain economic confidence.
More information is available in the full report. Data, along with information on ordering the report, are available at the Doing Business website (www.doingbusiness.org).
