We are pleased to inform you that a handing-over of OHADA publications to the library of the University of Hargeisa (Somaliland) took place on October 5, 2011, by the President of Club OHADA China-Macao and UNIDA Representative in Asia, Prof. Salvatore MANCUSO in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University Prof. Mohamoud Hussein FARAH. Including texts, codes and commentaries, these works are intended, from one side, to give a better knowledge OHADA law to the Somaliland lawyers and students, but also and especially, to offer doctrinal comments to them, analyses and references which will support a better comprehension of the new African business law, on which Somaliland - which is building its legal system - showed a great interest .
We make a point of recalling that these events are framed in the activities of promotion and dissemination of OHADA law in English-speaking Africa.
