TORREMANS, Professor of International Law at the University of GHENT and at the NOTTINGHAM University School of Law. It will constitute a valuable legal contribution to the ever expanding community of international business corporations, entrepreneurs, lawyers and economists having a strong interest in the DRC's imminent accession to the OHADA which will constitute an immense step forward for international investors' confidence, economic rule of law and the business law unification process.
