Tour of the Chairman-in-office of the Council of Ministers in the OHADA institutions
Yaoundé, Abidjan and Porto-Novo, from 19 to 23 February 2018
Within the framework of his tour of the OHADA Institutions, His Excellency Francis NKEA NDZIGUE, Minister of State, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals in charge of Human Rights of the Republic of Gabon and Chairperson-in-Office of the OHADA Council of Ministers, toured the OHADA institutions from 19 to 23 February 2018.
The Chairperson of the Council of Ministers, accompanied for the occasion by Professor Dorothé Cossi SOSSA, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, visited in turn the Permanent Secretariat in Yaoundé (Cameroon), the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) and the Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) in Porto-Novo (Benin).
In addition to visiting the premises, H.E. Francis NKEA NDZIGUE exchanged with the heads of the different institutions and the staff; this gave the opportunity to discuss the various concerns and suggestions aimed at optimizing the functioning of OHADA Institutions. He also paid a courtesy visit to his counterparts of Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire and Benin.
The Tour is within the framework of the traditional visit of the Chairperson-in-Office of the Council of Ministers to the OHADA institutions. It comes shortly before the forty-sixth meeting of the Council of Ministers, scheduled for June 2018 in Libreville (Republic of Gabon).
