The larger community of researchers, practitioners and users of OHADA law may now freely access texts organizing arbitration and mediation in all official languages of the Organization. Indeed, it is with great pleasure that we post the English, Spanish and Portuguese versions of texts adopted on 23 November 2017 on alternative dispute resolution, namely the Uniform Act on Mediation, the Uniform Act on Arbitration and Arbitration Rules of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA).
The online publication of these translations responds to the high demand of readers, even outside the African Continent, it also reflects OHADA strong commitment to the effective implementation of quadrilingualism enshrined in the Revised Treaty.
Pending the official validation of these translations and the publication of the approved translations in the Official Journal, I wish to the larger community of jurists and OHADA friends, the best use of the texts s put at their disposal.
