OHADA Chairmanship by the Gabonese Republic: The Organization Permanent Secretary in a working visit in Gabon

Within the framework of the contact with the Gabonese Republic Officials , the Member State holding the chairmanship of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) for 2018 year , the Organization Permanent Secretary, Prof. Dorothé Cossi SOSSA with OHADA's Director of legal affairs paid a working visit to Libreville (Gabon) from 20 to 27 March 2018.
During his visit, Prof. Dorothé Cossi SOSSA had talks with the new Chairman of the OHADA Council of Ministers, HE Edgard Anicet MBOUMBOU MIYAKOU, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Officer of the Gabonese Republic for human rights , on topics related to the organization functioning.
Both authorities flanked by their close collaborators discussed topics related to the Gabonese Chairmanship of OHADA, the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Organization in Gabon, the institutional issues of major interest and the forthcoming organization of the 46th meeting of OHADA Council of Ministers in Libreville (Gabon) in June.
The new Chairman of OHADA Council of Ministers assured the Permanent Secretary of the follow-up and support of the Gabonese Government for the success of the chairmanship of its country for 2018.
The Permanent Secretary thanks the Gabonese officials for the warm welcome and the diligence performed for the success of his working visit in Gabon.
