The OHADA BORDEAUX Club and its precious partners have the honor to inform you of the 7th edition of the OHADA BORDEAUX Days on “OHADA and Public-Private Partnership Contracts”, on June 7 and 8, 2018 at the Maison de L'Avocat located 1 rue Cursol in Bordeaux.

To mark 25 years of the OHADA, this symposium invites to a reflection on the contracts of public-private partnership, which are not the object of a harmonization in OHADA while they are vectors of development and growth.

We hope to follow the path of the late Professor and Judge Kéba Mbaye who said that “OHADA is a legal tool to serve economic integration and growth”.

In addition, the exceptional participation of the Republic of Niger will generate business meetings that will be organized at the Bordeaux Gironde Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

A gala dinner for the traditional Madiba Award of African Excellence in honor of Winnie Madikizela Mandela will also be an opportunity to commune together.
