OHADA / ERSUMA / Training on Road transport in the OHADA space: how to make the most of the Uniform Act on the carriage of goods by road?
The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), in partnership with Groupe HJK of Morocco, organizes, from 08 to 10 October 2018, its third training session outside the OHADA space on the topic: “Road transport in the OHADA space: how to make the most of the Uniform Act on the carriage of goods by road?”.
This session aims at building the auditors' capacities in terms of drafting, contract management and litigation relating to internal, intra-community and international road freight transport.
Venue:Hotel Kenzi Tower Twin Center - Boulevard Zerktouni 20100, Casablanca (Morocco)
Duration /dates: Three (03) days, from 08 to 10 October 2018
Target audience: Carriers, Union of carriers, expeditors, customs officers, forwarders, brokers, freight forwarder, transport and logistics managers, insurers, managers and executives of private and public structures of the transport sector, economic operators, corporate advisers, academics, judges, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, legal representatives, chartered accountants, accountants and auditors.
Trainers:
- Professor Victor Emmanuel BOKALLI, Law Lecturer, Honorary Dean of the Faculties of Legal and Political Sciences of the Universities of Ngaoundéré and Yaounde II, Full Professor expert in Transport Law;
- Doctor Ibrahima Khalil DIALLO, Expert in Transport Law, full member of Comité Maritime International (CMI), consultant and spokesperson at the African group at UNCITRAL (UN) in Transport Law, Lecturer at the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar.

- Pay the training costs fixed at 450.000 FCFA/700 Euros
A discount of 10% will be granted to a group with three (03) registrations from a company or an organization.
Students and postgraduates willing to attend the training will be given 40% discount on the training cost subject to proving their status by submitting an application to ERSUMA General Director at ersuma@ohada.org, with a scanned copy of the registration certificate.
The training costs cover the equipments and teaching materials, coffee breaks, lunch during the training. Travel, accommodation and other restoration expenses shall be borne by the participant. For further information on the proposed accommodation, kindly contact us.
