For the purposes of its institutions, OHADA seeks qualified women and men to fill thirteen high-level positions based in its three operational institutions in Yaoundé (Cameroon), Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) and Porto-Novo (Benin).

A. Positions based at the Permanent Secretariat in Yaounde (Cameroon):

1. A Permanent Secretary;
2. An Internal Auditor;
3. A Director of human resources, equipment and general administration;
4. A Finance and Accounting Director.

B. Positions based at the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire):

1. A Chief Clerk;
2. Two Assistants Judges;
3. A Chief documentalist.

C. Positions based at the Higher Regional School of Magistracy in Porto-Novo (Benin):

1. A Director of studies and traineeships;;
2. A Director of research and documentation;
3. A Chief documentalist;
4. A Jurist-Interpreter (French-English-French);
5. A Jurist-Interpreter (French -Spanish- French).

The various positions are open for a four (4) year contract, renewable once

• To OHADA Permanent Secretary for all other positions.

The deadline for receipt of applications is 05th November 2018.

3. A certified copy of the diploma(s);
4. A birth certificate or any document in its place;
