World laws rather than global law, Dr. Ignazio Castellucci*

In a complex world economy, rather than a global one, where the western leadership gradually loses influence, the common law legal hegemony will have to leave a place to other legal traditions: Islamic, Roman & Civil law, African, Asian... traditional models. The dynamics of the public intervention in the economy, -especially in this period-, as well as the existence of OHADA, COMESA, ASEAN, MERCOSUR, tomorrow of OHADAC institutional laws and regulations should provide additional legal models.
