The CARO Centre team is happy to announce that the Centre is now listed on the Team France Export platform, which brings together “all the public solutions offered by the Regions, State services, Business France, Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Bpifrance to support French companies internationally”.

With a wide network across the territory, established in most of the French departments, Team France Export provides key information on potential markets, business opportunities and support for entrepreneurs and companies who wish to go international with assistance from their export advisors.

Team France Export and its Overseas/Caribbean section have included the services offered by the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Centre (CARO Centre) in their selection of support solutions.

This presentation of CARO services outlined the three main objectives of the offer of services for prevention and resolution of disputes in the Caribbean region:

• Consolidating a business relationship or a project, thanks to facilitation and expertise,
• Overcoming a difficulty during the implementation of a contract thanks to mediation and expertise,
• Resolving conflicts through mediation and arbitration.
