As you are aware, CHINA is an engine of growth for the World and represents an historic opportunity and a great hope for economic development in Africa. Therefore, we are all strongly desirous to see CHINA play a useful role in the entire long term success of the OHADA business law unification process conducive to increased unity, prosperity and peace.

As we had kept you informed in a previous newsletter to your attention, Professor Salvator MANCUSO, smancuso@umac.mo, University of MACAO, has set up an CHINA OHADA Club with the entire support of the the Government of CHINA, of the main Provincial Governments and of the main Universities. The publication of brochures in Chinese presenting OHADA has been one of the first actions directed by the CHINA OHADA Club; Tens of thousands of brochures will be disseminated across CHINA, in the coming weeks and months, at the main Universities and within Governement and business circles.
