In keeping with its statutory mission to build capacity in OHADA law and all other African community laws, the Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) hereby launches the catalogue of its training and research activities for the year 2025. The catalogue includes the following planned activities:

• Ten (10) short training sessions including four (04) morning training sessions to be held in different countries, taking into account the geographical distribution of the Contracting States and the promotion of OHADA law outside its area;
• Four (04) degree courses for the 2025-2026 academic year, namely:
  • Specialty Diploma in Corporate Governance with focus on Business administration (DSGE-AE)
  • Specialty Diploma in OHADA Proceedings with focus on Enforcement Procedures (DSPO-PE)
  • OHADA Arbitration Certificate (CAO), and
  • OHADA Mediation Certificate (CMO).
• Six (6) international conferences to be held online by videoconference;
• An international colloquium, a biannual scientific event, to be held in Cotonou (Benin) by videoconference; and
• An open day will be held at the ERSUMA headquarters in Porto-Novo (Benin) to mark OHADA's anniversary.

In this catalogue, the proposed activities are listed chronologically according to their date of completion and will each be presented in detail on OHADA's official website (www.ohada.org).

This catalogue does not take into account activities to be carried out in execution of partnership contracts for training, conferences and scientific events signed by ERSUMA with professional bodies and other public or private structures.

Companies or organisations that have identified a specific need may also call on ERSUMA's expertise for the scientific, educational and material preparation and holding of the desired activities.
