The Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is pleased to announce that maintenance and updating work on its digital library is now completed.

With the new features, users will now benefit from the following:

• A document repository extended to OHADA's three documentation centres (Permanent Secretariat in Yaoundé, CCJA in Abidjan and ERSUMA in Porto-Novo);
• An increase in the number of dissertation references available for consultation in our “Dissertation Centre” section;
• An increase and updating of the CCJA case law records available for consultation;
• More intuitive and user-friendly browsing;
• Reduced loading time and faster access to resources;
• Increased protection of personal data.
