The Permanent Secretary of OHADA, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, paid a courtesy visit on Wednesday 16 April 2025 to Her Excellency Ms. Jeannette Marcelle GOTCHANGA, Ambassador of the Central African Republic to Cameroon.

The two personalities exchanged views on major subjects of common interest, particularly the strengthening of the Central African private sector, the participation of the CAR in the life of the Organisation, as well as opportunities for collaboration between OHADA and the CAR Embassy in Yaoundé.
