The Faculty of Law and Economics of Mohamed V University in Rabat has been hosting since this morning an international conference on “OHADA Law: Challenges and Perspectives”.

The event, co-organised by OHADA and the Moroccan section of the Henri Capitant Association, is taking place in the presence of Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, and Dr. Karel DOGUE, Director General of ERSUMA.

In three plenary sessions, the conference aims to highlight the contributions of OHADA to the development of the African economic system, the financing of businesses and the settlement of disputes.
