Presentation of the OHADA law at the Saint Joseph University in Macao (China)
We are pleased to inform you that a presentation of the OHADA law took place
on March 26, 2010 at the Saint Joseph University, in cooperation with the Centre for African Research and Development Studies (CARDS) on the theme: “The Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA)”, by Prof.
Salvatore MANCUSO, President of Club OHADA China-Macao and UNIDA Representative in Asia.
The presentation follows a handing-over of OHADA books in Chinese and English to the library of the University.
We make a point of recalling that these events are framed in the activities of promotion and divulgation of OHADA law in China, since the promotion of OHADA in China plays a very important role taking into consideration the growing role of CHINA in the economic development of Africa.

Il est très important aujourd'hui de vulgariser OHADA en dehors de l'Afrique surtout dans les Etats comme la Chine qui aujourd'hui développe de très bonne relation avec le continent. Nous pensons que ça peut jouer un rôle important dans les investissements en Afrique puisque les opérateurs économiques seront rassurer par la fiabilité de l'environnement juridique entretenu par les textes de l'OHADA.
