First International Trade and Investment Arbitration course in Panama from October 11 to 22 2010
From October 11 to 22 will be held in Panama City the Ist. INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND INVESTMENT ARBITRATION COURSE. This course is organized by the Arauz Education and Training Center for Legal Studies and the Madrid Complutense University, and aims to increase specialist knowledge on arbitration through a comprehensive tour of the main topics of international commercial arbitration by national and international leading experts. Among them is to highlight the presence of Dr. José Carlos Fernández Rozas, Professor of Private International Law at the Madrid Complutense University, and international arbitrator, Dr. Gilberto Boutin, Professor of Private International Law at the University of Panama, Dr. Sixto Sánchez Lorenzo, Professor of Private International Law at the University of Granada (Spain), Dr. Rodolfo Dávalos Fernández, Principal Professor of private international law at the University of Havana, among other prominent figures.
This course will undoubtedly be a step in the effort to create a regional arbitration, efficient and affordable to economic operators in the Caribbean region.
