S'il est exact que l'article 33 de l'AUPSRVE énumère les procès-verbaux de conciliation parmi les titres exécutoires, ces procès-verbaux doivent être soumis à l'exequatur pour être exécutés sur le territoire ivoirien, s'ils ont été établis à l'étranger.
En conséquence, un procès-verbal de vérification suivi d'un enlèvement d'objets saisis établi en vertu d'un procès-verbal de conciliation non revêtu de l'exequatur, sous astreinte, doit être annulé et justifie la décision du premier juge d'ordonner la restitution des objets saisis.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
