En application de l'article 200, alinéa 7 AUSCGIE, la dissolution anticipée d'une société pour justes motifs ne peut être prononcée que par un jugement sur le fond et non par une ordonnance de référé.
La saisie conservatoire pratiquée sur les biens de la société avant sa dissolution et suivie d'une conversion en saisie vente, doit être déclarée bonne et valable.
