Quel qu'en soit le motif, le congé donné par le bailleur pour mettre fin à un bail commercial à durée indéterminée dans les conditions de forme et de délai prévues par l'article 93, alinéa 1er AUDCG, provoque la cessation dudit bail à la date fixée par ledit congé (article 93, alinéa 3 AUDCG), si le preneur ne s'est pas opposé à ce congé en notifiant au bailleur sa contestation de congé, au plus tard à la date d'effet de cet acte (article 93, alinéa 2 AUDCG).

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
