Doit être cassé, pour violation des articles 336 et 337 AUPSRVE, l'arrêt de la Cour d'appel validant une saisie exécution pratiquée selon la loi ivoirienne, alors que l'Acte uniforme sur les procédures simplifiées de recouvrement des créances et les voies d'exécution (AUVE) était déjà en vigueur.
Sur évocation, il convient d'infirmer l'ordonnance de référé du premier juge et d'annuler la procédure de saisie exécution entreprise selon la loi ivoirienne.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
