Défaut De Production Du Contrat De Bail - Absence De Clause Attributive De Compétence Du Juge Des Référé Pour La Réalisation Du Bail - Incompétence Du Juge Des Référé
En l'absence de la production du contrat de bail duquel il pourrait être démontré que les parties ont convenu d'une clause attributive de compétence du juge des référé pour la réalisation du bail, il y a lieu conformément à l'article 101 AUDCG qui confère une compétence de principe au tribunal en cette matière que le juge des référé se déclare incompétent.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
