Procédure - Recours En Cassation - Contestation Relative à L'application De L'aupcap - Compétence De La Ccja (oui) - Dessaisissement
La Chambre Judiciaire de la Cour Suprême doit se dessaisir du pourvoi en cassation au profit de la CCJA compétente, dès lors que la contestation est relative à l'application des Actes uniformes du Traité OHADA, notamment l'article 75 relatif à l'organisation des procédures collectives d'apurement du passif.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
