La requête en rétractation doit être rejetée, dès lors que le créancier saisissant ne disposait pas d'un titre exécutoire au sens de l'article 153 de l'Acte uniforme, le jugement servant de fondement à la saisie-attribution étant frappé d'appel.
Par conséquent, cette saisie-attribution était impropre à emporter, au regard de l'article 154 du même Acte uniforme, attribution immédiate au profit de la SIDAM de la créance saisie la créance saisie.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
