La juridiction compétente pour statuer sur l'action en résiliation du bail commercial et en expulsion du locataire est le juge des référés au Cameroun. Mais, lorsque les parties ont inséré dans le contrat une clause de conciliation préalable a la saisine de cette juridiction, cette clause revêt un caractère obligatoire et sa violation doit être sanctionnée par l'irrecevabilité de l'action en paiement du bailleur.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
