Voies D'exécution - Saisie Conservatoire De Meubles Corporels - Non Accomplissement Des Formalités D'obtention Du Titre Exécutoire - Mainlevée De La Saisie (oui)

Le créancier saisissant qui n'accomplit pas les formalités nécessaires à l'obtention d'un titre exécutoire dans le mois qui suit la saisie conservatoire par lui pratiquée sur les biens meubles corporels appartenant à son débiteur, s'expose à la caducité de la saisie dont mainlevée doit être ordonnée par le juge.
