Pour pratiquer une saisie conservatoire de créances, toute personne dont la créance est fondée en son principe doit rapporter la preuve de l'existence des circonstances de nature à en menacer le recouvrement. En l'absence de cette preuve, il s'expose à la mainlevée de la saisie pratiquée au préjudice du débiteur.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
