Droit Commercial Général - Bail Commercial - Bail Arrivé à Terme - Demande De Renouvellement - Non Respect Des Conditions Légales - Renouvellement Du Bail (non) - Résiliation Du Bail (oui)

Le preneur qui exprime verbalement sa volonté de renouveler le contrat de bail n'a pas respecté la forme de la demande de renouvellement requise par l'AUDCG. Dans l'incapacité de rapporter la preuve de la signification ou de la notification de sa volonté au bailleur, le preneur s'expose au refus de renouvellement de son bail arrivé à terme et se verra expulsé des lieux loués tant de corps, de biens que de tous occupants de son chef.
