Lorsque l'administration fiscale notifie un avis à tiers détenteur en invitant le tiers à élever ses contestations suivant la procédure de droit commun, elle doit veiller à la conformité de l'acte de notification aux prescriptions de l'AUPSRVE sur la saisie-attribution des créances. Dans ces conditions, l'acte de notification qui ne comporte pas les mentions impératives exigées par l'AUPSRVE fonde l'action en nullité et en discontinuation des poursuites.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
