Ordonnance D'injonction De Payer - Signification à La Réceptionniste Habituelle De La Société Débitrice - Signification Valable - Date De La Signification Constitutive Du Point De Départ Du Délai D'opposition
La signification d'une ordonnance d'injonction de payer à la réceptionniste de la société anonyme débitrice, laquelle reçoit régulièrement les actes destinés à ladite société, est valablement faite à personne et fait courir par conséquent le délai d'opposition à compter de ladite signification. Dès lors, doit être déclarée irrecevable comme faite hors délai l'opposition intervenue plus de quinze jours après cette signification.
