Organisée par l'Association marocaine Henri Capitant, en étroite collaboration avec l'Association Henri Capitant (France) et en co-organisation avec l'Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA), cette conférence a constitué une étape importante dans la promotion du droit OHADA au Maroc.
