Est irrecevable, le mémoire déposé par un avocat sans mandat spécial et non régularisé nonobstant la demande écrite du greffe adressée à cet effet au domicile élu du mémorant.
C'est en méconnaissance de l'article 301 alinéa 3 de l'AUPSRVE qu'une cour d'appel a reçu en la forme l'appel interjeté par correspondance d'une partie, ayant pour objet "déclaration d'appel" et indiquant de manière laconique que "les moyens seront développés ultérieurement devant la cour d'appel", exposant ainsi son arrêt à la cassation.
Sur l'évocation, l'acte d'appel est nul et l'ordonnance initiale doit être confirmée en toutes ses dispositions.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA).
