Les moyens relatifs à des irrégularités sur la désignation des immeubles et de la mise à prix qui ne tiendrait pas compte de la valeur réelle du terrain et des constructions ne font pas partie des exceptions limitativement énumérées par l'article 300 de l'AUPSRVE ; donc la cour d'appel n'a en rien violé cette disposition en déclarant l'appel irrecevable et le pourvoi doit être rejeté.

On 10 April 2025, a strategic meeting was held in Abidjan between OHADA and the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA). The two delegations, led respectively by Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, and Mr Badanam PATOKI, Chairman of AMF-UMOA, discussed three major topics pertaining to reporting challenges.
