OHADA Nigeria Inaugural Business Luncheon/Lecture comes up on 1st November, 2007 at the Nicon Luxury Hotel, (formerly Le Meridien) in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria from 1pm.-3pm. The Guest Lecturer is Dr. Olusegun Akin-Olugbade, the General Counsel of the African Development Bank. TOPIC "The Quest for Legal Integration of the African Continent: OHADA and its progeny". The topic would focus on OHADA as a tool for legal integration, but also cover the African Law Institute as one of the entities that were established after the creation of OHADA, to promote the harmonization and unification of the diverse laws and legal traditions on the continent.
