It is a great pleasure to hear that a conference on OHADA is going to be organized in a English speaking country. That will help to extend the influence of OHADA in the English speaking countries of Africa and by that way extend the harmonization of business law in Africa.
Those conference which will take place at Abuja from 25th to 28th 2008 wil;l be an occasion to discuss on interesting subjects on business law in Africa, such as "is a conciliation between the common law and the civil law possible in the OHADA system?".
We look forward to hear the report of those interesting conferences!
