Prof. Dorothé C. SOSSA, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, was received in audience on Monday, 28 November 2016 by H.E. Ferdinand NGOH NGOH, Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon.
The talks focused on the publication of OHADA laws in English. On this occasion, the Permanent Secretary solemnly submitted a special issue of the OHADA Official Journal containing the compilation, in English, of the Treaty and various Uniform Acts. This special issue has been freely available online since 24 November 2016 on the official website of OHADA www.ohada.org.
In line with the operationalization of multilingualism, the Permanent Secretariat will shortly be publishing the Spanish and Portuguese versions of the Treaty and other Uniform acts of OHADA, in collaboration with the authorities of Equatorial Guinea and Guinea Bissau.

Question : peut-on considérer que la remise officielle de cette version implique de facto son application et donc son opposabilité? Ou encore serait-il nécessaire que ce document (instrument juridique? ) soit préalablement ratifié par le parlement avant son entrée en vigueur?
